Good morning, friends, and welcome to Day 3 of Morning Magic! Our 7-day journey of intention-setting and mindful living.
Our intention for this practice and for this day is letting go.
Where can you let go today?
It’s entirely possible that this day won’t go as planned. And should that be the case, where can you let go?
Can you let go of things that have already happened? Can you release that which hasn’t happened yet?
Can you let go of your vision of this day, so that you can allow life to flow?
As you step on your mat this morning, say to yourself: I let go of the past and I release the future. I am relaxing into this present moment.
Then go out into your day and do the best you can with what you have... in this. present. moment.
Let go of all the rest.
