A friend and I have a secret knee deep creek that we walk .  We take buckets and scoop up the gravel to find our arrow heads.  Also we have found a ton of bison teeth. The creek also has springs here and there that keep the water moving.  LOTS of arrow heads we have found using the bucket technique.

If it is flint strike together if smells like sulfur it’s flint

You need to being your home made shaker and sieve those rocks in the water. Better chance of finding an arrowhead.

Nice video 👍
Well,no points but yall look like you can find them with a little determination..if that rock is flint it will spark if you strike it a glancing blow with a hunting knife or another flint..that is why my granddaddy looked for it to fire his big old flintlock rifle..and we find flint points and chips here in our fields and river banks and we don't have any flint deposits anywhere near here..actually,I don't know where flint comes from but like gold ,it is where you find it

Could just be bad angle but at 08:22 right of the left leaf looks like an orangish point. Noticed again at 11:02-11:04...?

To tell if a horse shoe is old or new. The new ones are shinny. The old ones are rusty

Fun, so did you actually find anything besides the golf ball? Did you ask him if that was flint or not? Still enjoyable. ~ Texas
