David this is a question that has a very complex answer, it really depends on many things. You know what it is like being a doctor, we are precise and since every individual is different - a simple answer is often not necesarily the right one. Perhaps a "yes, maybe"?

Beautiful form. Such a shame combat applications are not emphasized or explained. Sun Lu Tang invented this style by incorporating Baguazhang and Xingyiquan hence the back steps.

I'm so excited to learn this form and your passion and detail are amazing. Hopefully for your next DVD you won't use that British voice over as it's so shocking and doesn't fit your energy. Maybe you'll use a voice over artist that actually does tai chi so they are in sync with your energy. Thank you.

I bought the DVD Sun Style Tai Chi 73 Forms and I found it very disappointing. It does not follow the same style of teaching as in the introductory video where Dr Lam is wearing his blue teeshirt and talking though and explaining the moves. I had previously bought and worked through the arthritis video and I found this very well presented and enjoyable to use. The Sun Style video is quite different in presentation and for me, nowhere near as good. I would very much like to see the full form presented in the manner shown in the youtube introductory video. I feel it is a bit misleading that the DVD is so different is so different in style to that shown in the introductory video above.

Dr Lam I have completed but not perfected the 24 forms. Should this be my next dvd "73 forms"? I would like to be able to do the most common tai chi that you see people practicing for health and well being. Also I want to tell you that I have loved starting to learn Tai chi with you. You make learning tai chi so easy for me in my living room.Thank you so much for your hard work for all of us.

I never get tired of studying this DVD. What appeals the most is that the competition forms have been modified sufficiently to allow all students/participants to have a go at improving their own health and attain a sence of well being, no matter what age or fitness level. As a Tai Chi for Health Instructor/Leader, I have a broad range of students/participants with differing capabilities, health issues and skill levels. Without exception Dr. Paul lam has shown that all movements can be modified.

One of the reasons my dad was able to follow through with learning this exercise is because the people are older and larger. SeiKawaii is nothing but a troll.

Chris Redfield I love Paul's style of tai chai as I am a learner! So calm and addictive! However on the DVDs there is an overview of americanised male voice that is loud and harsh and definitely puts me out of the mood immediately. He continually says...follow dr. Lum...as if I wasn't. For my sake please get rid of this voice and just leave it up to dr. Luk!

I have studied Tai Chi with Dr. Paul Lam and have found better health thru daily practice...I would recommend this to all. It is even great for kids as I have taught my studies to my students too!
