I don't like the Colorado prison. I know they are horrible people locking people in a room 23 hrs a day with nothing is to much. At least allow them the right to be executed if they request it.

One time I worked welding underneath one of the museums on the mall and we had to go in one of the tunnels. I felt like Area 51 they're huge and everywhere. I wouldn't say anything about it but everyone kind of knows. Meant to see if person is really freaky. The armed escorts won't even make small talk to you you're like hey man how are you doing today? Don't say a word and you just passed by blast door after blast door. Don't care if you believe me I was just fortunate enough to see it which really wasn't much. Its just the tunnel you walk through and they tell you to weld this and then you leave. It's really disorienting though so I have no idea where I was once I got in there

I’ve been near the greenbrier and it’s gone a little downhill. It’s very nice but little things like banged up doors and outlets falling from the walls takes away from the experience. I’m kinda nit picking because it is still nice

Two places I would like to juxtapose here. Place 1. In a suburban area not far from a major city. Well kept yard in front, nondescript building, looks like the kind of place that would house several dentists or doctors. No signs anywhere. All doors are locked, though. And video cameras at every door and window. Turns out, they make blank credit cards. Security was incredibly tight inside the building, but you couldn't tell that from the outside. Place 2. was inside a major city. They had that kind of windows with chicken wire in the glass. Razor wire all around the roof, most windows were boarded up and had bars on them. All doors were steel with steel frames. There were signs everywhere for no trespassing, armed guards on premises, and beware of dogs. You had to verify your identity before being let in. Turns out, it was a mattress factory - a sweatshop. I'd guess that most the workers inside were either illegal immigrants or flat out slaves.

Re the Vatican. You will find that Jehovah's Witnesses exposed the link between the Vatican and Hitler's regime during the war. Hitler bold shouted "I will exterminate this brood in Germany". Look who got exterminated.

I'm frankly disgusted as an American citizen learning of the Greenbrier. That's absurd to pay for that with tax payers money. And thinking that in a post apocalypse, a yammering vault of 1100 politicians would be useful? That too is absurd. We're talking the ultimate in non-value-additive careers.

4:00 That’s the norm. Even in every county jail. 23 hours in your cell alone, and 1 hour out a day... which they break up into two 1/2 hours. So you don’t even get a nice long full hour out of your cell. So that’s not even “terrible and abnormal”.. that’s literally the norm in even a county jail. LOL

Since nobody knows or cares about what goes on in prisons, anything is possible. Some criminals might arguably deserve whatever horrifying nightmares they might be suffering but it's rather hypocritical to permit prison guards to do things to prisoners that would normally get them arrested and sent to prison. It's not something I want my tax dollars to pay for. Life in prison is a pointless and unnecessary expense. Those whose crimes are so bad that they can never be free again should simply be put to death.
Jacob Wolff (3 months ago)
I’ve seen the Supermax prison a few times. I have family in Colorado, so we like to see stuff we don’t have in Texas. We could actually see the snipers in the towers.
