Can you please post the recipe?

These look good.
You don’t have to put “Jamaican inspired.” It IS Jamaican codfish fritters. It only thing that isn’t commonly done in Jamaica was to add tomatoes. Though some Jamaicans do add it if they desire. Stop being a culture vulture and take out “inspired.”
Thank you for the compliment. Much appreciated!

How much black pepper did you add to the mix ?
Maybe a half of a teaspoon. I hope you will enjoy making it.

Some people add tomatoes and some people add bell peppers ( sweet peppers), it is a personal choice.

I have just made these today and your recipe is absolutely delicious. Blending half the ingredients made it all the better. Thank you for sharing.

Looks great. Can't wait to try making them. I must admit that i would have to leave out the scotch bonnet pepper. I originally from Jamaica, but i can't handle the heat. lol. Thanks for the upload.

Looks like my mom fritters
Have some fun with this one!
I am not a cook. I have no idea what I am doing, but, I do try to be creative and cooking is one of the cheapest and easiest ways to be creative. plus, you can eat your creation. I just try to combine "stuff', cook it well so it is not raw and hope for the best. the other advantage, of course, is that all my friends are generous with their corrections. I like that.

I really look forward to your presentations and this one is no exception. Please tell us sometime how it is that you became such a cook.
