I popped home for a week to visit family and friends and top-up on all my favourite British food. Whilst home, I thought it'd be fun if Gary and I went on one of our London adventures!
You don't have to be in Walt Disney World to do a Disney vlog! There's a ton of Disney-esque things you can do in your local city. A Disney day in London could be visiting the Disney Store on Oxford Street, eating in the Disney Cafe in Harrods or even seeing a Disney show such as The Lion King or Aladdin.
Gary and I meet at Harrods department store in Knightsbridge in the west of London. Whilst at Harrods we stop by the confectionary department to pick up some sweets or 'candy' as it's known in the US. I bought the Harrods gold chocolates and then Gary treated me to the Orange sticks coated in dark chocolate as a belated birthday present. Isn't he the best!
We then pop upstairs to enjoy Harrods' Christmas World to take a premature look at the Christmas decorations and extensive Christmas presents on offer. We then move upstairs to Harrods' fantastic Toy Kingdom department, showcasing toys from Lego through to life sized Camel plushes. Gary even finds himself a Paddington Bear plush.
Once out of Harrods, we take the tube on the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith so I can pop into my old office at the Disney Head Quarters. It was so lovely popping in to see me former colleagues and they seemed pretty surprised since I didn't post I was home!
We then visit Nando's in Hammersmith, the British vlogger fave! I got the medium Chicken Pitta wrap with halloumi cheese inside with peri fries on the side. I think you can find Nando's in Chicago and Washington in the US and pretty much everywhere in the UK.
After lunch we go shopping! Again to another Christmas department in that of John Lewis. John Lewis are famous for their fantastic Christmas ads and so it's a tradition for me to visit the John Lewis christmas department every year. We also make a quick stop in Hamley's to look at their Paddington plush.

Whilst on Oxford Street we stop by the Disney Store. Now the UK's flagship Disney Store it features their Sketchbook Christmas decoration collection (of which I bought a few) a Cinderella coach that also doubles as a pumpkin, a Snow White castle and a Beauty and the Beast inspired cellar.
We then head to Starbucks for a little rest before we head to Leicester Square in search of theatre tickets. We manage to have some bitter sweet luck at the Book of Mormon lottery before we then manage to secure £20 stall tickets for Dreamgirls.
Before the show we met up with Pete Bucknall AKA Petesjams in Wagamama's a Japanese style restaurant featuring the infamous Chicken Katsu Curry which started my obsession with the Japanese pavilions version.
After dinner we venture to the Savoy Theatre to enjoy Dreamgirls starring Marisha Wallace as Effie. The show was truly wonderful and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting London in the not too distant future.
